What size(s) are SkeletonHD bracelets?
Our bracelets are crafted with a custom stretch jewelry band that will adjust to fit your wrist accordingly. They are designed to fit a wide range of wrist sizes and will stretch for a comfortable wear.
How do I use a coupon?
After adding items to your cart, click "Cart Icon" link at the top right of this site and continue to checkout. Coupon can be entered on final page of checkout prior to placing an order.
What payment methods do you accept ?
All major credit cards are excepted including Visa, MasterCard, discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal.
Do I have to pay sales taxes?
No, our products are inclusive of all taxes.
Do I have to pay import taxes outside the U.S?
No, we attached all required customs forms for your country.

Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we deliver worldwide including North America (USA & Canada), UK, Europe, South America, Caribbean, Australia and the Far East. We also ship to military addresses and PO boxes.
What are shipping costs and delivery times?
All orders ship for FREE regardless of order size.

Orders are shipped via standard air mail. You will receive an email update once your order has been shipped, usually 1-2 days.
USA/Canada: 5-7 business days
Europe: 7-9 Business days
International: 9-12 business days

Orders
An item is missing from my shipment?
In the rare occasion that an order is missing an item; contact us with the order number for a swift replacement.
My order never arrived. What should I do?
Most orders are delivered within shipping time frame. If you're order has not been received following an adequate period of time please contact us.
Reasons for delay:
- Customs clearance ( + 5-7 business days )
- Remote areas ( + 3-4 business days )
- Return to sender ( customer will be contacted )
In accordance with our return policy; any order which has not been received or returned to sender within 30 days of purchase will be refunded fully including any shipping fees.
