What size(s) are SkeletonHD bracelets?
Our bracelets are crafted with a custom stretch jewelry band that will adjust to fit your wrist accordingly. They are designed to fit a wide range of wrist sizes and will stretch for a comfortable wear.
My bracelets are slightly tight, what should I do?
Expand your bracelets' range by lightly pulling them apart. Bracelets are designed to stretch for a comfortable fit. Metal cuffs are bendable and can be adjusted to size.
How do I use a coupon?
After adding items to your cart, click our "Cart Icon" link at the top right of the website and continue to checkout. Coupons can be entered on the final page of checkout prior to placing an order.
What payment methods do you accept ?
All major credit cards are accepted including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal.
Do I have to pay sales taxes?
No, our products are inclusive of all taxes.
Do I have to pay import taxes outside the U.S?
We do not charge any taxes on your order. We attached all required customs forms for your country. However, we are not responsible for any local taxes.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes, we deliver worldwide including North America (USA & Canada), UK, Europe, South America, Caribbean, Australia and the Far East. We also ship to military addresses and PO boxes.
What are shipping costs and delivery times?
All orders ship for FREE regardless of order size.
Orders are shipped via standard air mail. You will receive an email update once your order has been shipped, usually within 24 hours.
USA/Canada: 2-5 business days
Europe: 2-7 Business days
International: 9-12 business days

Has my order been shipped?
An email notification will be sent to you once an order has been shipped.
An item is missing from my shipment?
In the rare occasion that an order is missing an item; contact us with the order number for a swift replacement.
My order never arrived. What should I do?
Most orders are delivered within shipping time frame. If your order has not been received following an adequate period of time please contact us.
Reasons for delay:
- Customs clearance ( + 5-7 business days )
- Remote areas ( + 3-4 business days )
- Return to sender ( customer will be contacted )
In accordance with our return policy; any order which has not been received or returned to sender within 30 days of purchase will be refunded fully including any shipping fees.
